VIDEO: Women’s History Month, International Women’s Day, the Future and more – S11 E20 – Let’s Have A Fefe

Hello everyone and welcome back to another episode of Let’s Have A Fefe. Unfortunately, Freddy Prinze Charming couldn’t make it to today’s show, but I’m excited to be here and share what’s been going on in my life lately especially sharing some things about Women’s History Month and International Women’s Day.

This past weekend was a lot of fun. I hosted a sex trivia night with some friends, which was both hilarious and informative. It’s always interesting to learn new things. On top of that, I also spent some quality time with my family, which is always a great way to recharge.

We also talked about was building stamina as an entertainer. Whether you’re a comedian, musician, or podcaster like myself, it’s important to be able to perform at your best for extended periods of time. This means taking care of yourself both physically and mentally. Eating well, exercising regularly, and getting enough rest are all crucial elements of building the stamina you need to be successful in any type of entertainment industry.

March is Women’s History Month, so I wanted to take a moment to recognize and celebrate all of the amazing women who have made significant contributions to our world. From activists to artists, scientists to politicians, women have played an important role in shaping our society, and it’s important to acknowledge their achievements and contributions.

That’s all for today’s episode of my podcast. Thanks for tuning in and I’ll see you all next time!
